Early mornings I twist and stretch
Exercising my curves …
Brush my eyes with my fingers to clear off sleep...
But, those undreamt dreams I wish to keep
Surprised beyond belief
I can’t let them go nor can I set myself free
so I gather my blanket and wrap them safely inside,
And then a shy smile in my face repeats
Helpless beyond control
Stays there for long
And then my dreams retreat…
