I came across your pic in my album today,
and flipped the page before I glance at your face
Quickly looked away!
Gasping, I waited, braced myself
A ball started rolling in my throat
grabbing upon my heart, the pain started
the same pain that had haunted me
years back...when you went away
the hurt was very intense then
everything was over soon
Time blunted the anger I thought
But today I felt the wound deep in
When I came across your pic in my album today
And I quickly looked away!
Someday I will try and love again,
Don't know whether I will
I'll just guard my heart for now
and let my contuse heal
